Deleting Your Account
You can delete your ReachDraft account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before You Delete
Consider these steps first:
- Export your contact history: Download a CSV backup
- Note your settings: If you ever return, you'll need to set them up again
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the ReachDraft extension
- Click the Settings icon (gear)
- Scroll down to the "Account" section
- Click "Delete Account"
- Type DELETE to confirm
- Click the final confirmation button
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account:
- Your account is permanently removed from our servers
- Your name, email, and profile information are deleted
- Your usage history is erased
- You will be signed out of the extension
What Stays on Your Device
The following data is stored locally and won't be automatically deleted:
- Contact history (stored in your browser)
- Extension preferences
To remove local data, uninstall the extension or clear your browser storage.
After Deletion
Once deleted:
- You cannot recover your account
- You can create a new account with the same email
- Your previous history won't be restored
