ReachDraft is a Chrome extension that uses artificial intelligence to help users generate personalized outreach messages for LinkedIn. The Service is provided by Allister AI.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not use another person's account without permission

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ReachDraft to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages in bulk
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service

5. AI-Generated Content

Messages generated by ReachDraft are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and editing generated content before sending
• Ensuring messages are accurate and appropriate
• Any consequences resulting from messages you send

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Allister AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReachDraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
