Multi-Language Messaging
ReachDraft can generate messages in 15 languages. Whether you're reaching out to someone in Tokyo, São Paulo, or Berlin, your messages will be written natively in their language.
How It Works
The "Write in" dropdown in the options section controls what language your generated messages will be written in. Select a language before clicking Generate, and the entire message will be composed in that language.

Step by Step
- Scan a profile or open a conversation as usual
- Choose your tone and format
- Open the "Write in" dropdown and select the target language
- Click Generate Message
The message will be fully written in your chosen language, including greetings and sign-offs.
"Write in" vs. "Your Language"
These are two different settings:
- Write in: The language your outgoing message will be written in. This is what the recipient sees.
- Your Language: The language you read and understand. Used for translating conversation threads so you can understand replies. See Your Language Setting.
Example: You speak Portuguese but want to message someone in French. Set "Your Language" to Portuguese and "Write in" to French. Your message goes out in French. If they reply in French, you can translate the thread to Portuguese to understand it.
Tips for Multi-Language Outreach
- Match their language. If someone's LinkedIn profile is in French, they'll appreciate a message in French.
- Your language choice is saved. ReachDraft remembers your "Write in" selection between sessions so you don't have to set it every time.
- All message types work. Connections, messages, emails, comments, and replies can all be generated in any supported language.
