By using ReachDraft ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReachDraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
ReachDraft is a Chrome extension that uses artificial intelligence to help users generate personalized outreach messages for LinkedIn. The Service includes AI message generation, automation features, and related tools. The Service is provided by Allister AI.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You may not use another person's account without permission
- One account per individual. Sharing accounts or credentials is not permitted
4. Beta Access and Future Billing
Beta Access: ReachDraft is currently in beta and is provided free of charge. No payment information is required and no amount is billed for use of the Service during beta.
Future Paid Plans: We may introduce paid plans after beta. If we do, the terms, features, and prices will be presented before any charge is made, and no payment method will be charged without your explicit authorization at that time.
Billing Provider: Any future subscription payments will be processed through Stripe. Should you subscribe to a paid plan, you would authorize recurring charges to your payment method, and the subscription would renew each billing period unless canceled.
Cancellation and Refunds: There is nothing to cancel during beta. For any future paid subscription, you may cancel at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period, and refunds would be handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of a charge.
5. Usage Limits and Fair Use
Use of the Service during beta is unlimited but subject to fair use protections. Usage is subject to the following:
- Message and translation volume is monitored per account
- Automated and batch features are subject to rate limiting
- Unlimited access is subject to a fair use policy. Sustained usage significantly beyond normal patterns may result in a review or temporary throttling
- Attempts to circumvent usage limits, abuse rate controls, or use the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users may result in account suspension
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use ReachDraft to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages in bulk beyond reasonable outreach
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Engage in any illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service
- Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service
- Use automated scripts or tools to interact with the Service outside of its intended interface
LinkedIn Compliance: ReachDraft provides tools for LinkedIn outreach and automation. You are solely responsible for how you use these tools and for complying with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and any applicable platform policies. ReachDraft includes built-in safety controls (rate limiting, daily caps, randomized delays) designed to promote responsible use, but we do not guarantee compliance with any third-party platform's terms. Use automation features at your own discretion and risk.
7. AI-Generated Content
Messages generated by ReachDraft are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing and editing generated content before sending
- Ensuring messages are accurate and appropriate
- Any consequences resulting from messages you send
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. ReachDraft does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of generated messages.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ReachDraft, you acknowledge that LinkedIn profile data, conversation history, and post content may be sent to third-party AI services (OpenAI) for processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Allister AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
ReachDraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or access
- Actions taken by LinkedIn or any third-party platform in response to your use of automation tools
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Interruptions or downtime of the Service
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or abuse of fair use limits. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you have an active paid subscription, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your billing period.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes, including changes to pricing or plan features, at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
