Tips for Managing Exports
- Create a naming convention for your files (e.g., "outreach-2024-01-15-sales-directors.csv")
- Keep a master spreadsheet to combine multiple exports
- Use the "Sent" column to track your progress
- Add your own columns for responses, follow-ups, and notes
Tip: Most CRMs and outreach tools can import CSV files directly. Check their documentation for specific field mapping requirements.
