Exporting Batch Messages

Export your batch-generated messages as a CSV file to use with spreadsheets, CRMs, or outreach automation tools.

How to Export

  1. Generate batch messages in Batch Mode
  2. Click the "Export CSV" button
  3. A CSV file will download to your computer

What's Included in the Export

The CSV file contains:

  • Name: The recipient's full name
  • Title: Their job title/headline
  • Company: Their current company
  • Profile URL: Direct link to their LinkedIn profile
  • Message: The generated personalized message
  • Sent: Empty field for your tracking
  • Date Generated: When the message was created

Using the Export

In Spreadsheets

Open in Google Sheets or Excel to:

  • Review and edit messages before sending
  • Track who you've contacted
  • Add notes and follow-up dates

In CRM Systems

Import into your CRM to:

  • Create contact records automatically
  • Log outreach activities
  • Track responses and conversions

In Outreach Tools

Use with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or others to:

  • Schedule messages
  • Set up sequences
  • Track engagement

Tips for Managing Exports

  • Create a naming convention for your files (e.g., "outreach-2024-01-15-sales-directors.csv")
  • Keep a master spreadsheet to combine multiple exports
  • Use the "Sent" column to track your progress
  • Add your own columns for responses, follow-ups, and notes
Tip: Most CRMs and outreach tools can import CSV files directly. Check their documentation for specific field mapping requirements.
