Support / Insert to LinkedIn

Inserting Messages into LinkedIn

ReachDraft can insert messages directly into LinkedIn's message field, saving you from copy-pasting.

How It Works

  1. Generate a message in ReachDraft
  2. Open a message conversation with the person on LinkedIn
  3. Click the "Insert to LinkedIn" button
  4. The message appears in LinkedIn's message field
  5. Review and click Send on LinkedIn

Important Notes

  • The LinkedIn message field must be visible on the page
  • Works with both regular messages and connection request notes
  • The message is inserted, not sent - you still control when to send

For Connection Requests

  1. Click "Connect" on the person's profile
  2. Select "Add a note"
  3. Click "Insert to LinkedIn" in ReachDraft
  4. The note is inserted into the connection request field
  5. Click "Send" on LinkedIn to complete

For Direct Messages

  1. Open the messaging window with the person
  2. Make sure the message input field is visible
  3. Click "Insert to LinkedIn" in ReachDraft
  4. Your message appears in the field
  5. Click Send on LinkedIn

Troubleshooting

Message isn't inserting

  • Make sure a LinkedIn message field is visible on the page
  • Try clicking inside the message field first, then insert
  • Refresh the LinkedIn page and try again

Wrong field is selected

  • Click directly in the message field you want to use
  • Then click "Insert to LinkedIn"
Tip: If insert isn't working, you can always use the "Copy" button and paste manually with Ctrl/Cmd+V.
