Using Batch Mode
Batch Mode lets you generate personalized messages for multiple LinkedIn profiles from search results, saving hours of manual work.
When to Use Batch Mode
Batch Mode is perfect for:
- Cold outreach campaigns to multiple prospects
- Recruiting for a role with many candidates
- Networking at scale
- Follow-up sequences
How to Use Batch Mode
Step 1: Go to LinkedIn Search
Navigate to LinkedIn's People Search and filter to find your target audience.
Step 2: Open ReachDraft
Click the ReachDraft icon. It will automatically detect that you're on a search results page and switch to Batch Mode.
Step 3: Select Profiles
- Use "Select All" to select everyone on the page
- Or check individual profiles you want to message
- Previously contacted profiles are marked and unchecked by default
Step 4: Configure Your Message
- Choose your message type (Connection, Message, Email)
- Select your tone (Casual, Professional, Friendly)
- Add shared context that applies to all messages
Step 5: Generate
Click "Generate X Messages" where X is the number of selected profiles. ReachDraft will create a personalized message for each person.
Reviewing Batch Messages
After generation, you can:
- View each message individually
- Edit messages before copying or exporting
- Remove messages you don't want to send
Sending Batch Messages
ReachDraft generates messages but doesn't automatically send them. You can:
- Copy All: Copy all messages to clipboard
- Export CSV: Download for use with other tools
- Copy Individual: Copy one message at a time
Tip: Start with a small batch (5-10 profiles) to test your messaging before scaling up. This lets you refine your approach.
Important: Always personalize and review batch messages before sending. Sending too many similar messages can trigger LinkedIn's spam detection.
