Installing ReachDraft

ReachDraft is a Chrome extension that helps you write personalized LinkedIn outreach messages. Here's how to install it.

Step 1: Visit the Chrome Web Store

Open Google Chrome and go to the Chrome Web Store. Search for "ReachDraft" or use the direct link.

Step 2: Click "Add to Chrome"

On the ReachDraft extension page, click the blue "Add to Chrome" button in the top right corner.

Step 3: Confirm the Installation

A popup will appear asking you to confirm the installation. Click "Add extension" to proceed.

The extension needs permission to:

Read data on LinkedIn.com (to scan profiles)
Store settings locally (to remember your preferences)

Step 4: Pin the Extension (Recommended)

After installation, the ReachDraft icon may be hidden in Chrome's extension menu:

Click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome's toolbar (top right)
Find ReachDraft in the list
Click the pin icon next to it

This keeps the ReachDraft icon visible in your toolbar for easy access.

Step 5: Start Using ReachDraft

Navigate to any LinkedIn profile page and click the ReachDraft icon in your toolbar. The extension will automatically scan the profile and you can start generating personalized messages.

Tip: ReachDraft works on all Chromium-based browsers including Google Chrome, Brave, Microsoft Edge, Arc, Opera, and Vivaldi.

Troubleshooting

If you don't see the extension working:

Make sure you're on a LinkedIn profile page (URL contains /in/)
Try refreshing the LinkedIn page
Check that the extension is enabled at chrome://extensions
